On a given day, you will:

Deliver expert legal counsel on marketing matters across diverse jurisdictions, ensuring our strategies always comply with regulatory requirements Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, shaping our global regulatory vision and driving decision-making that fuels international growth Design and implement scalable, tech-forward legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with global business objectives Lead the end-to-end execution of major regulatory initiatives and compliance transformation programs, with full ownership and autonomy Translate complex, fast-evolving legal requirements into pragmatic, business-friendly solutions that empower innovation Pioneer the use of AI and cutting-edge tools to redefine global compliance processes, increasing speed, reducing risk, and enhancing strategic visibility Draft, negotiate, and review high-impact contracts, internal policies, and global compliance documentation Proactively identify legal risks and opportunities, advising senior stakeholders with commercially sound recommendations Build trusted relationships with global regulators, legal counterparts, and cross-functional teams, championing proactive and ethical compliance Lead dispute prevention and resolution strategies, safeguarding our reputation and ensuring operational resilience

We would love to work with you if you:

Have 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal advisory, or risk within fintech, financial services, or related sectors Hold an undergraduate degree in Law or a related field Bring deep experience with international financial regulations, compliance program design, and contract negotiation Have a track record of successfully managing complex cross-border legal and regulatory matters Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate legal jargon into executive-ready insights Have meticulous attention to detail with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities Are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
