Our client is a substantial US asset management house with a strong global presence and a highly collaborative working style. A vacancy has arisen for a mid-level funds lawyer to join the well-regarded legal team. Your business focused role will encompass a variety of European regulated funds work. Your remit will be retail funds in the UK and Luxembourg with occasional EMEA coverage, as well as some broader general commercial matters.
This will suit a proactive and team focused lawyer with at least 3 years' pqe. You will have a background in regulated funds but this experience could have been gained in the UK, Ireland or Luxembourg. Equally important is the personality fit; you will be bright, confident and personable with strong communication skills and a relationship focused approach.
With a positive and progressive culture, this legal team truly works in partnership with the business. This expanding business offers a great blend of challenging work and really good working hours.
