Sole legal counsel
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sole legal counsel to join us. You will be responsible for providing legal support to the business.
Key duties include --
- assist in managing the legal risk including reviewing policies and procedures
- ?advise and assist the business on legal documentation, and negotiating and reviewing all agreements entered by the business
- ?instructing external counsel where necessary and identifying potential legal risks and assessing the issues impacting legal risk
The successful candidate will ideally be dual qualified to practice in India and England and Wales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 29,904.88-94,740.23 per year
Work Location: Remote
