Correla are looking for a Legal Counsel to join the Legal and Compliance team.

Salary: circa 72,000pa (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role

Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements. Provide pragmatic advice on regulatory compliance. Ensure appropriate legal protection is given to Correla IP. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to support business initiatives and ensure legal requirements are integrated early and effectively. Guide business owners through disputes. Support internal governance frameworks and contribute to policy development.

About You

You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE in commercial. You will have experience working with technology contracts (including SaaS). You will have knowledge of data protection (UK GDPR) and IP rights in commercial contexts
