Job Description

I have a great opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join an AIM-listed-world leading provider of technology.
The Head of Legal is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their mid-sized commercial team.
Reporting into the Head of Legal the position will have a focus on commercial and corporate agreements across multiple jurisdictions, as well as collaboration with internal teams.
The successful candidate will have a stellar training background and be motivated to move into an in-house role (if not in one already). This person could be working in a corporate or commercial team. . Interest in working within a growing technology driven organisation is key. Any experience of working within a TMT team and with commercial contracts, IP, commercial law, GDPR, AI, and regulatory matters will be highly beneficial but is not a pre-requisite for this role.
