We are looking for a Legal Director to join our Third Sector Property Team. This is not your typical Legal Director role - our team works with charities, faith-based organisations, and social enterprises, providing a highly personalised and meaningful service in commercial property transactions.

As a Legal Director, you will:


Play a central role in supporting the delivery of our firmwide strategy and departmental plans. Lead and supervise colleagues at all levels, ensuring high-quality service and supporting their development. Take ownership of complex and high-value matters, using your expertise to provide clear, confident advice. Contribute to financial performance by managing matters effectively, supporting budget-setting, and developing innovative approaches to risk management and efficiency. Build strong and lasting client relationships, proactively identifying opportunities for the firm and leading on business development activity. Raise the profile of your team and the wider firm, positioning us as trusted experts in our markets. About the candidate

About You

We are looking for someone who can:


Demonstrate technical excellence in residential property, with the confidence to advise on complex matters. Lead, mentor, and inspire colleagues through effective supervision and collaborative working. Build strong networks and contribute to business development at both team and firm level. Balance commercial awareness with our social purpose, identifying opportunities that deliver value for clients and the firm. Role model our purpose, values and goals, challenging inappropriate behaviour and championing positive culture. About the firm
