RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS (NW) are partnering with our Client to appoint a Legal Director
Based at our Clients Head Office - Trafford Park, Manchester as Legal Director you will work to support to Group Companies with a combined Turnover of c 200m.
As Legal Director you will take responsibility and control of all Legal Matters - relating to Contract Management / People and Property. You will need to be a character that will want to work in a fast paced - challenging and rewarding role and business - it is a cliche but truly no 2 days will be the same!!
Skills and Person needed to be the next Legal Director
Qualified Solicitor - with a current practising certificate
Proven experience across Commercial - Dispute Resolution - have a proven track record of Defending and Winning Claims
Ability to manage and prioritise a variable workload
Keeping up to date with new areas of Law - working to advise CEO and Directors and the wider business
Constant review of Legal Compliance - including Contract drafting and reviewing
Update of Group Company Policy and the training of Managers across the Group

Annual Salary ranging from c 70,000 - over 100,000 doe
