Legal Enquiry Team Advisor

16- 20 hours per week (Part Time - evening & weekends)

The team operates from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, and from 12.00pm to 4.00pm, Saturday and Sunday. The role will be based in our Dundee office but opportunity for Hybrid working will commence upon the successful pass of probation. Please note, your shift pattern will include late evening and weekend working.

Our Legal Enquiry Team are ambassadors of the 'Digby Brown Brand' and are our client's first point of contact. They play a key role in promoting the Firm's services to clients and delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, be able to adapt to different personality types and will have a strong sense of empathy. Previous experience in the legal sector is an advantage as is being comfortable taking calls from new enquiries, but 4 weeks of full training (35 hours per week ( Monday-Friday) and support will be provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,500.00-26,000.00 per year
