Legal Executive - Property Law
We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join our property team in Malvern, with a strong background in residential and/or commercial property matters. This role would suit a confident practitioner capable of managing matters with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to the wider success of the team.
The role will involve:
Managing a caseload of property matters from instruction through to completion Providing a high standard of client care and acting as a trusted point of contact Drafting, reviewing, and progressing property documentation Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors Supporting and, where appropriate, mentoring more junior team members Contributing to the efficient running and development of the property practice
About you:
Qualified Legal Executive with solid experience in property law Comfortable handling files independently and managing competing priorities Commercially aware, detail-focused, and client-oriented Able to work collaboratively within a small, professional team and in our Malvern office

Pay: 25,000.00-38,000.00 per year
