About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

Legal Marketing Assistant

to join LM Companion and help deliver marketing support for law firms. This is a remote, part-time position (approx.

10-20 hours/week

), with potential for more work during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

Updating website content, ensuring brand consistency across digital channels. Creating branded materials (brochures, email templates, newsletters, presentations). Managing email marketing campaigns: designing, segmenting, tracking performance. Crafting content (blogs, social posts, infographics) for content marketing initiatives. Supporting SEO (on-page, local SEO, content strategy) to improve law firm visibility in search results.

Essential Requirements

Experience working within (or supporting) a law firm

in a marketing, BD, or communications role (

critical

). Strong skills in writing, editing, and designing marketing materials. Good design/branding sense or ability to use tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) for branded assets. SEO understanding - at least on-page / content marketing / local SEO. Familiarity with email marketing tools and campaign tracking. Excellent organisation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks. Must be
