Krystal Architecture Limited is seeking a reliable and experienced
Administrative & Marketing Assistant
to support our growing team. This role is primarily home-based, with the flexibility to attend client meetings when required. For this reason, applicants
must be based in Basildon or within close proximity
.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support, including filing and record keeping
Managing correspondence and communication with clients and colleagues
Scheduling and coordinating meetings
Preparing and updating documents as needed
Attending virtual meetings via Teams, Zoom, or other online platforms
Managing and posting on company social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn)
Supporting marketing activities to promote the company's services and brand
Generating leads through marketing and social media activity
Providing professional support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Honest, reliable, and highly organised
Confident using Teams, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms
Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for business purposes
Ability to assist with marketing tasks and generate leads
Competent with basic IT tools and office software
Full driving licence and access to a car (to attend occasional client meetings)
Must live in
Basildon or nearby areas
for ease of travel to clients and meetings
Hours & Pay:
16 hours per week, worked over
3 days per week
13 - 15 per hour (depending on experience)
