Main Responsibilities
:
To monitor, review and analyse performance trends based off system data and highlight any emerging trends identified with Head of Operational Improvement
To act as an escalation point for any business critical issues on a day to day basis that directly impact the ability of our legal teams to serve clients, assess these issue and work with the Head of Operational Improvement and Transformation Team to prioritise any corrective actions required.
To proactively assess business performance in other areas to the above and raise any early warnings to Head of Operational Improvement to ensure any corrective actions can be considered and issue escalated as appropriate
Provide oversight and improve business confidence in our reporting through working with key stakeholders and the Power BI team.
Act as an SME on the reporting for the business and work to improve the understanding and utilisation of reporting
Build day to day relationships with other key areas to understand their data and identify any key areas of focus from their point of view
To act as an SME for projects that impact key business areas/metrics. Work closely with key stakeholders including the project team assigned to ensure key areas are addressed as required
Work closely with Head of Operational Improvement reporting any emerging trends or summarising actions being addressed at any one point
Act as a deputy for Head of Operational Improvement in their absence and be comfortable dealing directly with Exco members as required
Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience in a Analyst role of some description be it Business Analyst or Data Analyst
Demonstrable experience of delivering analysis to a varying range of stakeholders and the results of such analysis.
Understanding of change management techniques and processes
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently across a varied range of projects, stakeholders, and topics
Confidence in challenging and influencing at all levels of the organisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to assimilate complex information and research to drive strategic business planning
Teamworking skills
Stakeholder management & engagement
Ability to motivate people
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Working knowledge and understanding of PowerBI would be advantageous
