Your Mission




As

Legal Operations & Compliance Associate

, you'll be the engine room of our legal function--keeping things moving, organised, and efficient. You'll be the first point of contact for legal queries, manage workflows, support compliance, and help us innovate with smarter systems. Think of yourself as the glue that holds the team together and the oil that keeps the wheels turning.

What You'll Do




Here's a snapshot of your world:

Legal Workflow & Triage



Be the go-to person for new legal queries. Log, categorise, and allocate matters using our Bronze/Silver/Gold triage model. Keep the pipeline flowing and report on progress with tools like Power BI. Spot opportunities for self-service and templates to make life easier.

Legal & Regulatory Support



Draft and review routine contracts, NDAs, and letters. Support governance, regulatory filings, and approvals. Keep our templates, playbooks, and trackers up to date.

External Firm Coordination



Manage relationships with law firms and suppliers. Track instructions, billing, and performance to ensure value for money.

Team Operations & Admin



Organise meetings, travel, and training. Support budget tracking and maintain our knowledge libraries.

IT & Systems Innovation



Help us optimise legal tech and keep SharePoint humming. Liaise with IT and vendors to make systems work for us.

Compliance & Ethics



Support FOI requests and governance initiatives. Be our Ethics Ambassador and Business Continuity Champion.

Strategy & Performance



Contribute to team goals and KPIs. Provide insights and data analysis to help us work smarter.

What You'll Bring



A relevant qualification or experience in legal ops (law firm or in-house). Organisational superpowers and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAGE, DocuSign--and curious about AI. Courage to challenge and ask questions. High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to juggle priorities.
