The Legal Operations Lead acts as the engine room of service delivery, managing client workflows, coordinating with external lawyers, overseeing document and process automation, and ensuring every engagement runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

• Own day-to-day service delivery across all legal client matters.
• Manage onboarding, scoping, document collection, and project tracking.
• Coordinate hand-offs between clients and our external legal partners (solicitors, barristers).
• Maintain and improve legal workflows, knowledge base, and internal tooling.
• Work closely with our AI/legal engineering team to implement automation into workflows.
• Ensure compliance with our regulatory boundaries and flag any edge cases.
• Deliver operational reporting, client performance metrics, and feedback loops.

• 3+ years' experience in legal operations, legal tech, or paralegal roles.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows and client service delivery.
• Highly organised, proactive, and solutions oriented.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools (e.g. contract automation,

• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
