As a Legal Operations Trainer, you will play a key role in empowering our lawyers and support staff to make the most of our legal technology platforms, systems and operational procedures. You'll deliver engaging training sessions, develop learning materials, and ensure smooth adoption of new tools across the firm.
This role requires delivering training sessions and coordinating training for the firm. This role can be worked on a flexible hour's basis. We cannot however accept applications for remote working for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on core legal technology platforms (e.g. document management, case management and collaboration tools).
Coordination and administration of firm wide training
Develop engaging learning materials--videos, guides, and e-learning modules.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners including delivery of system/IT training.
Partner with the business support team to deliver bespoke training.
Support system rollouts, upgrades, and change management initiatives.
Maintain accurate training records.
Deliver training both in-person across our offices and via online sessions.
Gather feedback from users and help improve training materials, system workflows, and best practices.
Assist in maintaining clear and up-to-date operational documentation and user guides.
About You
Experience in IT training, legal operations/business support, or a similar role within a professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
Proactive, organised, and collaborative approach.
Previous training experience desirable but not essential
