We are looking for an organised individual to join our
Private Client
& Charity
team as a
Legal PA!
You will be responsible for working closely with the fee earners to deliver exemplary client service.
What we need from you
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Ability to work as part of a team and be willing to work independently where required (but with appropriate level of supervision as needed).
Prior experience of being a Legal PA.
What you'll be doing
Acting as point of contact for clients (internal and external).
Matter management; including file opening, client inception, risk management and file structure.
Manage accurate monthly delivery of volume bills and assist with financial housekeeping on all client matters to include billing, WIP management, disbursements and debts.
Diary management and inbox management.
Assisting with trial bundles, instructions to counsel, court documentation etc.
Booking and arranging travel arrangements
Managing databases/spreadsheets and filing systems.
Assisting with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
Working closely with the DMA and fee earners to support the departmental meetings where required for both internal and external meetings.
