Legal PA - 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Central London (Holborn)
30-35k (negotiable, dependent on skills and experience) + benefits + hybrid working

This is an opportunity to support an experienced Partner within a specialist legal environment, providing high-level administrative and secretarial support as part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
You'll need to be proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision and discretion. The successful candidate will bring the confidence and professionalism to liaise with clients and senior stakeholders, combined with excellent technical and organisational skills.
What you'll be doing:

  • Providing comprehensive PA and administrative support to an assigned Partner
  • Managing diaries, correspondence, and client communications
  • Preparing documents, letters, and legal forms with high accuracy
  • Maintaining records, case files, and key dates
  • Preparing and processing invoices and expenses
  • Typing correspondence and formatting legal documentation
  • Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and internal teams
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary in a professional, corporate environment
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint essential)
  • A minimum of A Levels, ideally with further education or professional training
  • Excellent written English, grammar and attention to detail
  • Professional telephone manner and client-facing confidence
  • A calm, polished approach with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Stable career history and evidence of commitment in previous roles
