We are looking for a meticulous individualto join Talbots as a Legal Personal Assistant supporting our Agriculture and Strategic Land Development across our Shropshire and Staffordshire teams, with at least 12 months experience within a similar legal role.
As a Legal Personal Assistant, you will be expected to provide accurate administrative and telephone support to lawyers, trainee solicitors and paralegals for our specialist the Agriculture and Strategic Land Development.

What the job involves;
Administrating client matters using SOS case management system such as file opening procedures, document preparation and formatting.
Liaising with Dictate Now and finalising documentation to include emails, forms and letters.
Diary management including the booking and scheduling of client appointments and liaising with clients.
Take initial payments and prepare postings slips whilst ensuring compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
What you need:
To be have at least 12 months experience within an administration role ideally within a similar environment.
Passionate about giving outstanding client care and service whilst being able to work under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Competent in using a case management system such as SOS, Land Registry and MS Office applications to undertake a range of administrative duties in a paper-light working environment.
