The job entails:
Organising incoming and outgoing post
Scanning post and distributing to relevant staff members
Greeting clients
Booking appointments
Ad hoc phone calls for solicitors and paralegals
Data entry to various systems
Facilitating signing of legal documents
Quoting business
Experience:
Legal experience welcome but not necessary
Admin experience is desirable
IT literacy and competence is essential - Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook etc)
Customer service experience essential - both in person and on the phone
Other key points:
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch
Overtime: Usually available
Pay: Living Wage
Holidays: 20 days plus bank holidays and a fortnight over Christmas/New Year
Based at our Giffnock branch

Regular firm-wide socials
Working with a team of two solicitors, conveyancing paralegal, two legal assistants and interacting with the wider firm across three other offices.
