We are Hight Street firm based in Lechlade which deals mainly with private clients and property matters. We are looking for receptionist/legal secretary with strong communication skills, both written and verbal to be able to deal efficiently with client queries and provide friendly and professional client service. IT literacy is also required.
Day to day role will include:
Dealing with phone calls and clients coming to the office
Opening and closing files
Helping fee earners with client onboarding process
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Dictations
Making appointments and managing diaries
Ordering searches such as for example AML/ ECOS, property searches or obtaining deeds from Land Registry
Assisting fee earners with various administrative tasks and maintaining contact/ updating clients and third parties such as estate agents
Salary depending on experience.

Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
