Legal Receptionist

Job Description

Walker Laird Solicitors and Estate Agents are looking to hire a legal receptionist.

The role will involve assisting both our private client and conveyancing departments particularly in relation to new business enquiries.

Experience is not essential for this role. Our priority is to find someone who: is a strong communicator; has good organisational skills and attention to detail; works well as part of a team; is confident in a client facing role, and has a strong work ethic.

The role will involve working at our reception assisting clients both in person and on the phone. The successful applicant will also assist with general office tasks such as distributing mail, stationary orders, photocopying legal paperwork etc.

Walker Laird was established in 1815 and is an ambitious, friendly firm employing more than 40 staff across two offices.

This role is based at our Renfrew office.
