NPS Law is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Manager to join our growing team at our Solihull head office. This is a key position responsible for attracting and recruiting top legal talent across our expanding national network of offices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for qualified solicitors, non-qualified legal professionals, and support staff across multiple office locations
Lead recruitment efforts for residential conveyancing positions (primary focus)
Screen and assess candidate applications against role requirements
Conduct confident and professional interviews with candidates at various levels
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of legal talent
Develop effective recruitment strategies to support business growth
Liaise with hiring managers across the organisation to understand staffing needs
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies where necessary
Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and employment legislation
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the legal sector
Strong candidate screening and assessment skills
Confident interviewing abilities with professionals at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Understanding of legal roles and the legal sector landscape
