Legal Secretary - 3-Month Contract
Location: Basingstoke
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable legal firm for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team on a temporary 3-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong legal administrative skills who is available immediately and looking to contribute to a busy, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors and legal executives

Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports

Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings

Handling telephone calls and client enquiries professionally

Maintaining and updating case files and records

Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally within a law firm)

Excellent typing and document formatting skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Contract Details:

Duration: 3 months

Hours: Full-time

Location: Basingstoke
