A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its busy and well-established team in Reading.

The Role
You'll play a key role in providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a team of fee-earners, ensuring the smooth running of client matters and daily operations. Working within a friendly and professional environment, you'll handle a broad range of responsibilities, including:
Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handling incoming calls and emails, providing an excellent client service experience
Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and case management data
Supporting billing, compliance, and general administrative processes

Requirements
