We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our team in providing administrative support within a dynamic legal environment.
Duties
- Utilise IT systems for document management and correspondence
- Conduct audio typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills to manage legal documentation efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
- Provide administrative support to legal teams
- Exhibit strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
Experience
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is desirable in the areas of Family Law and Conveyancing.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is advantageous
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.75-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
