The team
The Family division currently comprises 14 fee earners and support staff including four partners overseen by
Divisional Head and Partner, Katherine Tippetts
. In Birmingham, you'll be part of a team of two that provides legal services to clients regarding family and matrimonial issues.

Day to day, you'll be successful in this role if you are...
an experienced Legal Secretary, able to provide comprehensive support to fee earners, including file opening, handling initial client enquiries and calls, client care, basic drafting, preparation of court documents/bundles, keeping clients updated, managing day-to-day files, archiving, audio typing, diary management and general admin support.
Requirements
Experience of working in a Legal Secretary role would be desirable.
Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
