We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals by managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and facilitating effective communication within the firm. This position demands strong organisational skills, proficiency in IT applications, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support.
Manage and organise legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Dealing with clients in an efficient friendly manner.
Build relationships with local estate agents.
Completion work.
Opening files and using case management.
Archiving.
Witnessing Wills.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties via email and phone.
Maintain filing systems and ensure that all records are up to date and easily accessible.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in a conveyancing environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Case management experience.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Be able to work alone and in a team environment.
Can do attitude and able to hit the ground running.
Excellent attention to detail.

Pay: From 21,000.00 per year
