A great opportunity has arisen within our Kirkcaldy office for a Secretary to join our busy team within the Court Department.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft packages as you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including but not limited to answering telephones, copying, preparing and filing legal documents, maintaining client records through our case management system (LawWare) and audio typing. As it is an essential part of the role to engage with clients, Courts and other professional bodies, so a professional and good telephone manner is required.
Do you have good time management?
Do you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment?
Do you have audio typing experience?
A background in legal administration, preferably Civil Litigation is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. This is an office-based position within our Kirkcaldy office, right at the town centre.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
