Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to solicitors and legal teams.
Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Conduct audio typing of legal documents and transcriptions as required.
Maintain an organised filing system for electronic documents.
Assist with the preparation of case files and documentation for court proceedings.
Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals in a professional manner.
Utilise Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively for daily tasks.
Ensure compliance with confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations.
We are looking to hear from people with:
Experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm or legal department.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in audio typing.
Familiarity with office procedures and IT systems relevant to the legal field.
Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
