Immediate Start | Permanent full-time position / part time will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing solicitor
Answering telephone calls and managing email correspondence
Diary planning and booking meetings
Typing and dictation tasks
Managing and progressing your own caseload
Liaising directly with clients in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of office-based experience
(legal experience preferred)
Ability to handle your own files independently
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency with LandWeb is desirable but training will be given.
This role would suit someone who is proactive, efficient, and eager to develop within a growing legal practice.
