We're seeking an experienced Legal Secretary who values stability, balance, and a steady pace of work. This position is ideal for someone who has built their career in the legal field and is now looking for a comfortable, long-term role in a calm, respectful office environment. The workload is consistent but manageable, allowing you to focus on quality, accuracy, and professionalism without the rush of a high-pressure firm.
Key Responsibilities
The Legal Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support in a calm, organized office setting. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading legal documents, maintaining client files, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling general office duties. This position is ideal for an experienced legal professional who values steady work, accuracy, and a respectful, low-stress environment.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You will have strong legal secretarial experience - Essential
You must have the ability to audio and copy type - Essential
You may a good knowledge of legal processes/terminology - Desirable
