Audio Typist / Secretary - Private Client Department
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic
Audio Typist/Secretary
to join our busy Private Client team at a well-established solicitors' firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Typing and preparing accurate letters and legal documents within set timescales.
Ensuring all correspondence and documents are saved and filed both electronically and in paper format on client files.
Handling incoming calls from clients and third parties in a professional and helpful manner.
What we're looking for:
Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
A professional, friendly approach when dealing with clients.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate.
Salary:
Competitive, dependent on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 23,500.00 per year
