Legal Secretary - Private Client



Based at our Whitstable Office



We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Private Client Team specialising in Wills and Probate to work from our Whitstable office

D

uties are varied and include:



Electronic diary management, booking rooms and arranging meetings
Telephone liaison with clients and firm's contacts

Dealing with initial enquiries both via telephone and in person
Using digital transcription system, Bighand, to create letters, emails and documents
Using a case management system for wills and probate matters
Photocopying and scanning documents
Maintaining orderly files - keeping filing up to date
Attending occasional client meetings and accompanying fee earners on home visits when required

Experience required:



An experienced Private Client Secretary, preferably for more than one fee earner
A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be useful but not essential
The ability to interact sensitively with clients, face to face and on the telephone
Fast accurate typing with attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Flexible attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,000.00-26,000.00 per year
