Private Client Secretary, Wiltshire 25,000 to 28,000 (DOE). A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy and supportive private client team. THE ROLE

Provide administrative and secretarial support to a team of Private Client Solicitors.
Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
Manage diaries, client files and general department administration.
Liaise with clients and external parties.
Assist with probate applications and Powers of Attorney.
Support billing processes and case management tasks.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

THE CANDIDATE

Minimum one year's experience as a Legal Secretary.
Ideally experience of working in a private client or wills & probate department.
Good understanding of wills, probate, trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Strong organisational and document production skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
