Job Title: Legal Secretary

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team and ensure the smooth running of the office. If you are proficient in Word, Outlook, and possess excellent organisational and time management skills, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic files
- Manage solicitor calendars and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Coordinate meetings

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and other MS Office applications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus but not essential
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in using Outlook for emails and scheduling
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
