Job Description

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Full Time Legal Secretary to join our firm in providing administrative support within our legal practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be proficient in various office software applications.

Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Solicitors and legal executives- Prepare legal documents and correspondence- Maintain and organise legal files and documents- Manage incoming and outgoing communications- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars- Conduct audio typing of legal documents- Assist with general office duties - Provide cover for reception when required.

Experience:- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks- Familiarity with audio typing techniques- Experience in general administrative tasks is advantageous.
