Legal Secretary - Family department
Monday-Friday | 9am -5.15pm
Yeovil Office
Salary banding 24,750- 28,000 dependant on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our busy and successful Family team based in our Yeovil Office.
Duties:

Providing all round secretarial and administrative support
Liaising with clients and answering basic queries
Diary management
Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
Maintaining filing and record systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

The ability to work under pressure
Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is preferable but not essential
Excellent typing skills
Fantastic IT literacy
