Legal Administrator

Main Duties:

Reception duties Dealing with incoming phone calls Filing Audio Typing Diary Management Mail Photocopying Scanning Preparing files for court
Experience:

Computer skills essential Excellent communication skills Experience in an administrative role and knowledge of Microsoft packages desirable but not essential Training will be provided
Hours:

Monday to Friday

9.00am - 5.00pm

1 hour lunch break

This role is based in a city centre office close to a range of transport links. There is no scope to work from home with this position.

Salary based on NMW but negotiable for the right candidate.
