Duties

Conduct audio typing for dictations and transcriptions as required.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Assist with the preparation of case files and documentation for court proceedings.
Manage office supplies and ensure that all necessary materials are readily available.
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.
Utilise Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, to create documents and manage data efficiently.
Implement effective time management strategies to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
