Your Role
1. Greeting clients and visitors;
2. Answering visitor enquiries including answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system;
3. Scheduling and routing clients;
4. Maintaining the waiting area, lobby or other public areas;
5. Serving coffee or tea to guests;
6. Ordering supplies;
7. Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents;
8. Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages;
9. Any additional administrative duties such as billing, data entry, word processing, establishing new case files and drafting simple correspondence

Training to be provided
Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship will involve:

You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months
This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
