A prestigious barristers' chambers in central London is looking for a proactive Legal Support Services Coordinator to take on a key position within their operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in document services, printing, e-bundling, or legal administration to step into a leadership role managing a small team and ensuring smooth, high-quality support for barristers across chambers.



This is a hands-on, fully office-based position suited to someone who takes pride in running an efficient operation and enjoys collaborating with both legal and administrative colleagues.



Key Responsibilities





Lead and coordinate a team of Junior Clerks to deliver a professional post, print, and bundling service Manage e-bundling, scanning, editing and printing of court-ready legal documents Support barristers with document preparation and physical delivery to courts and clients across London Maintain and replenish printers, copiers, and stationery across chambers Liaise with suppliers, manage stock levels and oversee off-site document storage Provide general administrative support including setting up meeting rooms, arranging couriers, and ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations


Skills & Experience



Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Previous experience in legal document services, clerking, or administration preferred Confident user (or fast learner) of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a traditional, professional environment where high standards are expected A team player who takes pride in supporting others and leading by example
