We are currently recruiting for a

Portuguese Legal Translator

based at our Bolton Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

Providing comprehensive translation services to fee earners and clients. Working with fee earners and other departments to progress cases. Responsible for relaying information accurately between the firm and its clients to a degree where clients are fully informed and happy with service, and so that claims flow timely/nicely to a conclusion.

Responsibilities to include:

Fluent/advanced in Portuguese and English languages

Provide a comprehensive translation service to fee earners and clients

Liaise with other departments and work together

Be available to reply to clients in a timely manner

Progress cases within the department working closely with fee earners

Work closely with the team and offer/request support when necessary

Join team meetings when required

Ensure clear communication within the team

Ensure that work is done to a high standard and in a professional manner

Confident communicating in person, over the phone and via email

Presentable and polite

Manage own workload and time

Flexible and adaptable

Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication

Proficient user of Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft packages
