Water Hygiene Compliance Manager

to join our water treatment and hygiene divison

based in Uxbridge, London. This pivotal role is central to our mission in growing as a best in class provider delivering top-tier water treatment & hygiene services ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, with an emphasis on improved systems and customer service.

Our services encompass water treatment, legionella control, plumbing remedial, risk assessments, & training serving a diverse client base including educational institutions, local councils, and healthcare providers. Our ambition is to cement our position as London's premier provider of water hygiene and treatment services.

The Compliance Manager will oversee our compliance framework, ensuring all water hygiene and treatment operations exceed legal and regulatory expectations. You will be instrumental in maintaining our industry-leading status, focusing on continuous improvement and compliance excellence in water treatment services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal standards and industry regulations. Conduct regular audits of logbooks focusing on ensuring all operations comply with current laws and regulations, and issues are highlighted. Analyze sampling data to identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement for our customers. Provide monthly reports to clients, detailing findings from temperature monitoring and engineer reports, including recommended actions to ensure optimal compliance and performance. Participate in our annual Legionella Control Association (LCA) auditing process, ensuring full compliance with LCA standards and enhancing our commitment to quality and safety. Carry out legionella risk assessments, employing expertise to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures. Serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related matters, offering guidance and support to both our internal team and external partners. Offer training and support to our engineers and staff on compliance issues, emphasizing the importance of adherence to standards. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the water treatment and facilities management industries, and adapt our compliance strategies accordingly. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to compliance throughout the company.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in the water hygiene & treatment or facilities management sectors. Strong knowledge of legal requirements and industry regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient with the use of microsoft office Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Relevant qualifications in compliance, legal, or a related field.
