What You'll Do




As a

Leisure Assistant

, you will:


Lifeguard

our

indoor and/or outdoor swimming pool/flume (depending on qualifications)

Lead & Monitor Activities

, ensuring guests have a fantastic experience

Facilitate a Variety of Leisure Activities

, including

sports, arts & crafts, outdoor adventure games, dance & fitness classes, and climbing wall sessions

(depending on experience/qualifications)

Provide Excellent Guest Service

, assisting owners and visitors with any leisure-related needs

Ensure a Safe & Clean Environment

, following all

Health & Safety guidelines

Assist with Opening & Closing of Leisure Facilities

, maintaining a well-organised space

Who We're Looking For




We're seeking an

enthusiastic, team-oriented individual

who enjoys working in a fun, active environment. Ideally, you'll have:


A

valid NPLQ certificate

(preferred but not essential) A

friendly and proactive approach

to guest engagement Strong

communication and teamwork skills

A passion for

sports, fitness, or leisure activities

The ability to

work well with others

and independently follow safety protocols NPLQ, Plantroom experience, and First Aid at Work qualifications would be of benefit*
