Job Description


:

The postholder will be expected to undertake a wide range of duties across a range of leisure facilities ensuring service delivery is achieved to specified standards with a quality leisure experience being offered to all our customers.

The main duties will include general supervision of the facilities, acting as fitness consultant, delivering coaching services, lifeguarding/ pool duties (site specific), reception and spa duties), erection and dismantling of equipment and general housekeeping tasks.

The following positions are based at Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex

  • Post 1: Temporary until 31 Dec 2023, 36 hours per week, rota in place.
  • Post 2: Temporary until 30 November 2023, 36 hours per week, rota in place.
  • Post 3: Temporary until 31 May 2025, 36 hours per week, rota in place.
  • Post 4: Temporary until 30 June 2025, 36 hours per week, rota in place.
  • Post 5: Temporary until 31 March 2024, 26.71 hours per week, rota in place.
The following position is based at Comber Leisure Centre
  • Post 1: Temporary until 31 Dec 2023, 26 hours per week, rota in place.

  • A reserve list will be maintained for one year from which other similar posts may be filled.
