We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Leisure Assistant to join our team within our Private Health Club at Devona Spa.

A great attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential for the role as well as the ability to work in a team.

Your shift times include:

0530:1400 1400:2230

Your duties as our Leisure Assistant include:

Working along other team members to servicing the members at our club reception and ensure they get the best experience possible within our club. Dealing with membership enquiries and up-selling club memberships Monitoring the club and poolside through carrying out daily checks and standards Delivering an excellent standard of service and providing the members/guests with the best possible facility which includes ensure all areas are available and clean to use As part of the role you will be able to get involved in fitness instructing by inducting members in the gym and assisting them with their workouts Completing assessments and gym programmes for members Personal Training is available also for the suitable candidate Help assist with spa bookings via email, phone and in person Deliver excellent standard of service when greeting spa guests and taking them on a facility show round

To be successful, you will need to:

Pool Responder Trained (can be provided) Pool Plant Qualified/Experienced (can be provided) Fitness Instructor Qualified (can be provided) Excellent customer service skills and understand the importance of meeting the member/guest needs and expectations Be capable of delivery excellent standards of service and cleanliness A strong team player and confident to deliver excellent results Knowledgeable in the same or similar role
Pay: From 12.50 per hour
