Responsibilities
Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Maintain an organised filing system for important documents and records.
Support event planning and execution by coordinating logistics and resources.
Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar assistant role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong skills in managing tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest services.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using office software and technology for administrative tasks.
