What You'll Be Doing:

Your shift pattern will promote a favourable work-life-balance, as you will alternate weekends off and benefit from enhanced pay rates for weekend working. You will also be required to participate in monthly lifeguard training sessions.


As a Leisure Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant leisure centre, helping to deliver a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all our visitors. From lifeguarding our swimming programmes and ensuring pool safety, to assisting local schools and sports clubs with equipment setup and takedown, supporting major sporting events and community activities, and promoting youth wellbeing through exciting sport camps during school holidays--no two days are the same!

Training & Development

We're committed to helping you grow! Alongside essential training in Safeguarding and Health & Safety, you'll have the opportunity to gain industry-recognised qualifications, such as:


ASA Level 2 Swimming Teaching NVQs in Leisure Operations and Management Gym Instruction and Fitness Qualifications
