Crieff Hydro Hotel

Pretty much in the centre of Scotland, we're set in a 900acre estate in stunning Perthshire. Home from home, we've been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities- there really is something for everyone!

About the role

Are you looking for a role that fits around your lifestyle, offers great flexibility, and lets you be part of a fun, welcoming team? Our Leisure department is on the lookout for individuals to join us on a

casual key time support contract,

perfect for fitting around your other responsibilities. Shift patterns will vary between the hours of 06:30-17:30.



Our Leisure team takes care of two swimming pools and a range of relaxing spa facilities including saunas, steam rooms, and spa baths. As a Leisure Assistant, you'll be:


Keeping a watchful eye on the pool as a lifeguard, ensuring everyone's safety. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the Leisure Club. Helping with laundry operations and general reception duties. Assisting guests with a warm, friendly approach to make their stay extra special.

What we need from you

A passion for delivering great customer service - experience is a bonus, but not essential. A strong swimmer who's happy to work towards a lifeguard qualification (we'll support you with this). Someone who takes pride in their work and has high standards of cleanliness. A team player who enjoys working in a fun, supportive environment.
