Job Description

We are currently looking for a team member for the Leisure club to work (16 hours per week) at the Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa, to undertake a range of operational duties such as assisting with the opening and closing of the facility, customer engagement and supervision, fitness & gym programmes, cleaning and maintaining equipment, setups, and membership sales.

You must be a highly motivated and resourceful individual who is able to maintain a customer-focused approach to all our sport and leisure activities. You must have a level 2 gym instructor qualification, pool responder & plant qualifications. Further leisure qualifications are desirable but not essential as we are looking for the right quality of individual.
